this is supposedly the best guitar pedal ever created. they sell for $325, which is not really bad considering the reputation that it has. that is, however, straight from the manufacturer which has a wait list up to six months or more to receive the pedal. one can purchase one from ebay for around $800 and get instant gratification. it haunts my dreams and must be mine.

Bon Iver

The weather right now is the perfect counterpart to one of my favorite albums ever. Bon Iver's For Emma, Forever Ago fits in extremely well with the cold temperature and rain. If I had a tin roofed cabin in the middle of the woods and this LP, life would be perfect.

Cave Spring Antiques

On December 4th 2009 I made the short trip to Cave Spring, Ga for some rummaging through old antique stores. While driving around the area looking at old Victorian style houses, I ended up getting a little bit turned around found one of the most interesting and unique antique stores that I have ever entered. These are pictures from the store/house/dump.

This is the view of the store from the road. The house is over 160 years old and is literally falling down around all of the historic items within.
